I am a cow, I am trying so hard to loose weight.
The only thing I can find that works is Slimming World. I started 'dieting' on the 1st of Jan (natch) and started with SW (at home not groups) as I know it inside out form previous groups, I prompty lost 5lbs.
When exp left I started eating with the kids every mealtime except lunch and thought it would be easier to eat normally (which is healthy) and eat smaller portions.
3lbs has gone streight back on
I haven't been eating junk, or loading up on carbs. I have been doing 20 mins on the ea fitness plan on the xbox and vurning 100+ cals on it every day
When I fist started the diet in Jan I also cut coffee right out, I can't give a reason why I just went from living off the stuuf to deciding I didn't fancy it anymore.
Now I have introduced it back in, in small amounts.. could this be the reason for weight gain... coffee?
Or is it that my boy is only responding to SW? If so why... Weight watchers didn't work, sticking to a calorie controled diet didn't wor, low carbing doesn't work... any ideas anyone?
