First week ever dieting...
When I weighed myself today found I'd lost 2Ib (0.7kg) in weight and 1 inch (2cm) in height. Same shoes, same clothes! Lost 2 Ibs but my BMI went up 0.4 
The % body fat went from 34.6% - borderline poor, to 24.7% - Excellent, making a loss of 7.9kg (17.4 Ibs) in fat 

Am now completely weirded out, is this normal? that much fat? is 2 Ibs good/bad/average?
