Can anyone recommend gym clothes for size 18+. I already feel like a heffalump and I don't want to look like a sack of potatoes at the gym. I need something with decent support and that hides as many bulges as possible.

I went to the gym today in my tracky bottoms and a sloppy t-shirt and I felt so uninspired and very self conscious.

I went to Sweaty Betty last and I loved their stuff but I felt a bit embarrassed shopping there as there was nothing in my size. Blush I muttered something about buying stuff for a birthday gift for a friend and scarpered!!

M and s sport stuff is better than you would think, and reasonably priced? They have all sizes too.

In a size 18 plus?? You are joking. Nobody that size should be exercising.

I know that as I am a 20/22 and can't find anything! So I assume we must not be meant to exercise.

M&S do some of their stuff up to a 22. Not overly inspiring.

Evans do some stuff. Again not great. But it is there.

Thanks for that. I tried M & S but their jogging bottoms are just made of plain old cotton and I feel the wobble factor big-time. Am I supposed to wear Spanx to the bloody gym?!! Sigh.....

Did you try pineapple in debenhams? I was easily getting into a size 18 trousers in there, when I was a size 20 everywhere else.

Otherwise, if you don't mind paying quite a bit, try here
