gutbusting tips please!

Hi all, I'm a classic apple shape and am finding it IMPOSSIBLE to shift much of my rather substantial gut. I started running about 10 months ago and now run for 30 minutes 2-3 times per week. When running and walking, I consciously hold my abdominal muscles in and that has helped slightly with toning in that area.

I eat well and keep the lard intake to a minimum. I haven't had any booze for the past 2 weeks and it has made no difference whatsoever. I have massive boobs (34GG) so naturally carry a lot of fat down the front of my body. Since running, my legs, bum and even my arms have toned up but am having massive trouble with tummy toning. I have tried sit-ups but they always seem to hurt my neck.

Any tips/suggestions would be very gratefully received!

Cut out your carbs to a bare minimum to support your cardio. Pilates might be what you're after in terms of toning up. You're doing everything right in terms of high cardio (running) and water...reduce your caffeine too.
