Hi all, I'm a classic apple shape and am finding it IMPOSSIBLE to shift much of my rather substantial gut. I started running about 10 months ago and now run for 30 minutes 2-3 times per week. When running and walking, I consciously hold my abdominal muscles in and that has helped slightly with toning in that area.
I eat well and keep the lard intake to a minimum. I haven't had any booze for the past 2 weeks and it has made no difference whatsoever. I have massive boobs (34GG) so naturally carry a lot of fat down the front of my body. Since running, my legs, bum and even my arms have toned up but am having massive trouble with tummy toning. I have tried sit-ups but they always seem to hurt my neck.
Any tips/suggestions would be very gratefully received!
