I haven't tried this so no idea what it's like - but it looked the best of a bad bunch!
Chocolate Swiss Roll
71g plain choc
4 eggs
6-8 tbsp granulated sweetner
1/2 tsp vanilla essence
225gr very low fat natural fromage frais
57gr plain flour
2 tsp baking powder
1tsp icing sugar
Melt 28gr of choc, seperate eggs, beat the choc with the egg yolks, sweetner, vanilla essence and 100gr of the fromage frais - then fold in the baking powder and flour
Whisk the egg whites and then fold into the above mixture.
Line a 9 x 12 (23 x 30cm) swiss roll tin and bbake for 15 mins until springy to touch
Turn out onto sheet of grease proof paper, trim the edges and roll into swiss roll - wrap in a damp tea towel and set aside
meanwhile , melt the remaining choc in a bowl then stir in remaininf fromage frais
unroll the cake and spread fromage frais mixture on and re roll - ssprinkle with the icing sugar
Probablt nice served with raspberries too
Serves 8 and 3 1/2 syns on red or green per serving
