I joined SS (not the SS) about 5 years ago and lost the stone and a half I'd put on with ds1. TBH I spent most of the time bloody starving, I did lose the weight but I can remember going to bed really hungry. I hate veg and a lot of this diet has loads of veg, you'll be okay if you like it. It's put me off going on a dieat again TBH although I'm now desparate to lose 2 srone after having ds2 who's 4!!

Please will you let me know how you get on this Thursday, I'd try again but I need to know what it's about now (as it's changed since I went).
At least you're going I haven't got any courage to step on those scales just now.

I joined SS about this time last year and managed to loose 2 stone but have reached a plateau right now. My next door neighbour joined too and she has lost almost 4 stone and was one of the finalists in the slimmer of the year competition! I am struggling to keep at it just now, despite knowing I'm off to the sun next weekend. It helps to have someone to talk about it to, I've got next door and a friend in work. I eat a lot of soup(which I love anyway) but am finding myself nibbling on the other stuff which I shouldn't. I miss chesse the most, so have some on a Thursday after class. Don't miss chocolate though. You are able to have anythinga t alll, as long as you can balance it out. Good luck!
