A quick ww points question please, i'm strugling to eat them all

How important is it to eat all my points each day??

I'm really struggling to eat them all by about 10 points

I lost 4 stone about 10 years ago on the old points system. Crept up, another baby - excuses! Now 2.5 stone to lose and using the new points online and finding it easy (ish). Generally sticking to 29 points a day and would only bite into the weekly points if desperate or going out.
So wouldn't have extra if you've had 29 for the day.

Exercise making a huge difference - only 20 mins of light aerobics every second day required. Lost 5 pounds first week and expect to lose about 2 a week from now on.
Love the fact that I can put in a recipe for the whole family and it works out my points

Will answer that tomorrow blondes, its far too long an answer now, just preparing for tonights class. I can't really speak for the dietician based team in the US though, I can only answer in my own words, how it was explained to us throughout our training sessions.

Briefly, try not to compare, its like comparing a cassette and a CD. Both completly different, one using new technology but both play music. Sorry for crap analogy, but the two plans can't really be compared.

Suwoo - thank you so much for that. I lost 2lbs in the first week, and I would be very happy with 7lb in the first month. My aim is to lost 8lb in six weeks, so fingers crossed.

Look at my post from Saturday at 09.41 as I answered it then. Tonights meeting is the first weigh in after the first week IYSWIM, so that should give me more idea about how/what is working.

Oh my god the weight losses tonight were amazing! There was one lady who had two chinese takeaways and lost 6lb!

The average was probably about 3, but most people ate all of their 49 and snuck wine and takeaways/meals out in there.

It was brilliant, everyone was so positive about it.

Oh, I just want to say that I started last week (again, after having been an online subscriber for about a year ha!) and have only last half a pound this week, that's fine, I think I'm always running about a week behind, so expect a better loss next week IYSWIM.

What I did want to say is that the iphone app is just superb, for anyone following online. Truly helpful and making life so much easier.
