I lost 2 and a half stone.
Since I stopped going I have put 18lbs back on.
I can't go cos devil child is a nightmare. Well I could get weighed but not stay & I quite liked staying.
So I am doing it by myself at home.
I have set myself a target on 1lb a week to loose.
I do mainly green days as I only eat fish occasionally.
I'm going to use this as a diary.
Today
B: 28g porridge made with water & cinnamon & a banana
SN: apple & clementine
L: egg & veg "fried" rice
SN: diet yogurt & 28g bran flakes.
D: baked potato with beans & 28g cheddar.
Will have 3 xmas chocs as some Syns.
Drinks are water & black coffee.
