Anyone doing WW? Can you advise me on a suitable pudding for my MIL who is coming to dinner for her birthday today please?

My mil is coming to dinner and I'd like to make pudding instead of a cake, I'm thinking of something along the lines of puff pastry with fruit and a drizzle of custard but I know this will be too high in calories, so wonder if any of you know of an alternative? I could do something like eton mess with healthier ingredients if not.

Have you got any suggestions?

Thanks

Very quick and easy is a meringue nest (1 propoint), tablespoon of half fat creme fraiche (1 propoint) topped with fruit.

I have spoken to a relative who is doing WW ProPoints, and am told puff pastry can come up high on PPs.

Fruit in moderation is no points though.

Custard is about 4 PP per serving apparently.

Do you happen to know MIL's daily allowance?

Relative has called back with a WW recommended recipe for baked apples with cinnamon and ginger (looks and tastes lovely apparently!). 1 PP per serving. She has emailed me it so I can PM you it if you want?
