have dabbled with both in the past and was more succesful with WW but preferred SW because it didnt seem suhc a faff but i didnt lose much weight - may ahve been doing it wrong as was doing it myself and not through club or online . quite desperate to lose weight now - about 4 stones but could not bear to start and not be succesful as i know i will end up jsut gibving up and eating even more! how do i decide ?
