I should have started back on my healthy eating plan thing today but I can't seem to find the motivation.
I've been browsing the net and have come across the following tips that I'm going to try;
Buy a bracelet or ring as a specific constant reminder to eat healthily (sounds a bit mad but I quite like that idea as I sometimes tend to eat mindlessly!)
Hang something you want to wear in one size down somewhere where you'll see it everyday
Track your food and weightloss
Set realistic goals and rewards
