I've been shredding for a couple of weeks now. It's the first time in my life I have managed to do any form of excersise regularly and I was quite enjoying it
I've just found out I'm pregnant. About 5 weeks. Do you reckon it's ok to keep shredding (when I can be arsed to put the chocolate down and ease my bulk off the sofa) or should I Fo something less intense (which I know will end up being nothing)
