Probably been done before but which one do you think is better? There is a class locally today for both - which one should I go to?

I've been doing SW for 13 weeks and lost just under 2 stone, you can eat a lot of food, it's very easy to follow and you can still have wine/choc/crisps daily if you wnat to as long as it is within the syn value you are allowed. you can eat regular meals.. i/e roast dinner, spag bol, jacket potatoes as long as you make some changes.. fry light not olive oil, extra lean mince and so on.

i am finding it harder this time of year, with so much temptation but am stil eating better and a lot less than previously

i have found it really positive

I know SW and DH will loose too as he eats what I cook. I just wonder if a change would be good. Think I will stick tomwhat I know.
