I have always done SW off and on but as my 40th approaches I really feel I need to tackle this weight issue and I wondered if a change would be a good thing!

So how straight forward is WW or should I stick to what I know?

i find WW easier than SW. i eat too much on SW and find i get bored of fruit for brekkie, jacket for lunch etc and i don't really like quark, lol

with WW you have the flexibility to eat what you want as long as its within points. Fruit and most veg are 0 points and it teaches you portion size aswell as healthy eating but also allows you enough treats that you don't feel deprived. I love it.

I started in july 09 and had lost 1st 7lb by end of november. I then took a break over xmas and due to moving house, which lasted till july this year and i joined again middle of sep this year and have lost another 1st 7lb, so it does work
