I am eating too much sugar.... And have put on a stone since Easter. Anyone want to join me in a no frills healthy attempt at losing about 2 stone..or more! I don't eat crisps, burgers or chips but I can eat sugar like you wouldn't believe. I am going to try healthy low fat foods. Lots of veg and some good carbs. Not the best time to start but I could find sugar in the desert so when is?
