How long after giving birth can I join slimming world?

Question as it says on the tin really; its 5 weeks since I had my baby and just wondering if I can rejoin SW next week? Unforutnately I have not been able to breastfeed so that won't be a consideration.

you can join straight away. you can even do it when you are pregnant and also when breastfeeding. so no excuse lol.
