HI,
I have been doing slimming world since the end of July and have lost 1 st 1/2 lb but in the past 2 weeks I have put on 1/2 a lb each week wich means I am 5lbs to target now. I am so annoyed! I dont know what I'm doing wrong and feel like a failure! The thing is I have had the best behaved week (apart from 1 bottle of wine but this was my first drop of alcohol in 4 months! and the odd dollop of tomato sauce)
I feel like I may as well give up trying to have a social life this christmas as I am way too worried about syns to relax.
Oh and I also excersize most days!
I could bloody cry
