no crisps

but only because I dont like them.
depends whether I am sitting at an office desk, or at home looking after the children, chopping wood for the fire, carting laundry up and down stairs. Energy use is obviously a lot higher.

latte & banana or cereal.

Sandwich for lunch (tuna/egg/peanut butter/cheese & cucumber or tomato)

1)Breaded fish (birds eye simply cod) brocolli, carrots, sometimes saute potatoes

2)Tuna pasta (lloyd grossman sauce) chopped watercress

  1. Curry with prawns + quinoa

4)Fish pie + veg

Have either yogurt, ice-cream, homemade pudding or strip of organic (less sweet) choc & decaff coffee.

This easily keeps my weight stable (8st 2-4lb). Was able to tuck in more when bf. If I eat more one day, I eat less the next...where's my halo

To stay at the same weight as I am at the moment I eat (on a work day)

Breakfast (in work) either 3/4 wholemeal cheese or cheese and bacon scones or a bowl of museli or as a treat apple crumble made with oatmeal in the crumble.
11's a couple of scones or something like that
Lunch: Free from the canteen and try to have some salad with it. a small plateful normally. If there are scones/muffins etc there Ill have one for the afternoon otherwise have an apple.
Dinner: Have dinner when I get in from work and am generally very hungry so eat quite a large plateful. Sometimes have pudding but not everyday.
Supper: Biscuits if we have any or maybe toast and peanut butter if hungry.

I do cycle about 24 miles a day tho and when I didnt i ate much much less than that.

Breakfast: nothing
Mid-morning: sometimes a couple of biscuits, sometimes nothing
lunch: sandwich or quiche with salad or jacket potato
afternoon: packet of crisps sometimes
dinner: shepherds pie, sausage casserole, chicken with pasta salad etc (only one of those, lol)
evening: couple of biscuits or packet of crisps (or both)

Don't eat much chocolate and don't drink alcohol, but do eat a lot of crisps!

Forgot to add I drink at least 5 cups of tea or coffee everyday too. And not much water and no fruit
