right this is the final time i am going to start a diet because im going to stick to it properly ....
i have tried every diet under the sun and the ine that works for me is calorie counting...
i am going to stick to 1500 cals a day and try and go to the gym twice a week 
i am 5'2 and currently weigh 12st 8lb and i am a size 16 !
mil started slimming world 3 weeks ago and has lost 8lb, im very jealous
