How much did you loose . have you lost so far.
And in what period of time.

My problem with loosing weight is that I want reasonably fast results, ie really need to feel that I am loosing 2 ish lbs each week.

I am happy to change my diet and to add in a little more exercise.

Needs to be family friendly menu's.

I am also thinking of joining at a meeting tomorrow ,have just been diagnosed with a hip problem so could do with losing at least a couple of stone ,this has spurred me on.

Yey yes I went too they seem nice although and quite frinedly lthough there was quite a proponderence of elderly ladies!Just got to get my head around all the literature now ,it seems to me that the secret is in the planning ,so got to get mu plan and write a shopping list !

I was fairly spot on with my weight so that was a relief that I wasn't miles more than I thought!

yay well done us!!

got some "frylight" this afternoon from the supermarket and loads of fruit and veg.
Not sure how I am going to do with very little bread going to have to have a serious look at breakfast options.

I purposefully didn't take loads of clothes off to get weighed I figured that even if it is just a cardigan weight it would give me a moral boost if I have lost 1lb of cardigan weight next week Blush

Have also done today's food diary on t'internet. seemed straight forward so far.

anywya got to go and get boys in bed.

I've lost over 5 stone but i've only followed the 90% rule so its taken 3 years one lady at our class got her 3 st award today she only started 22 weeks ago and another was through to the woman of the year finals she lost 10 st in 18 months.

Mine has been a right off but I am NOT going to stress about it, we were away fro DH's 40th birthday so there was NO calorie counting.
