....But I don't want to go to a meeting or join online. I just want to do it myself. If I go to a class can I just get all the info etc?

I've heard about green and red days. What are classed as sins? Is there really no portion control?

There's a class near me in the morning which I'm thinking of going to. Just want to get my head around it a bit first.

I've don't weight watchers in the past but don't want to start counting points again and weighing everything etc.

Hi, never done slimming world myself but one of my friends lost a lot of weight with them. She joined a local group, only went a few times but it meant she had all the info to be able to do it herself, as long as you don't need the support from other members. They often have offers on so no joining fee, or google for promotons! Xx

There are 3 types of days

Red: as much meat as you like - limited potatoes - carbs etc
Green: as much veg as you like - limited meats
Extra Easy - new one - you'll need to ask someone else about this - as after my time @ SW

It is probably best to go to a couple of classes & then if you think u can do it on your own - off u go. Many people find that sticking around @ the class really helps with their weight loss. I lost 5 stone with SW & used to be a consultant
