Wii Fit Plus, fancy joining me for some weight loss?

Has anyone used Wii Fit Plus, and is it any good?

Present from DP and I'm in need of a bit of slimming. OK, a lot! Probably 4 stones.

Here goes!

I love wii fit plus, unless you are really overweight and unfit (like me) then it will be of no use to yu wrt to getting fit and loosing weight as it's very low impact.

Someone I work with lost a lot of weight using Wii Fit and eating sensibly. He's not into sport and is a bit of a bookworm, so it gave him a fun way to exercise.

This is the theory - fun, non-weather-dependent, and with the element of guilt if it doesn't get used. Haven't had a proper go due to baby/child demands but I'm definitely fat and unfit enough for anything to make a difference!

Id be up for joining u on this, mine is gathering dust and my belly is gathering fat, so looks like a good combo
