Which Slimming Class?

Never been on a "proper" diet before. Before the kids I was a size 14, which I could mantain by cutting back on the crap every now & then!

Not anymore!

I have set myself a goal of losing a stone or two between Boxing Day & my Birthday in April.(not sure of my actual weight but I am a largish 16)

I have a very sweet tooth, biscuits & cake are my downfull!

My Mum managed to lose 4 stone & go from a size 20 to a 10/12 on Rosemary Conley but not sure if Slimming World is easier to follow?

I don't have a weight watchers class near me (but don't think I could cope with all the points thing anyway) so It is Slimming World or Rosemary.

TIA

I've recently lost 2 stone with Weightwatchers. Didnt go to any classes just bought the WW magazines and looked at their website to work out points etc.

Has been surprisingly easy and I've gone from a size 18 to a 14.
