I do this once a week usually and still lose weight. Don't forget, its how much you eat over rthe week that determines weight loss, not a day.
Dust yourself off, remind yourself why you want to lose weight and get back to it tomorrow. Try to cut back a bit more tomorrow and up the exercise and you should be fine.
Dont undo all your hard work!
Good luck.

You are hurting yourself by eating crap when you have done so well. It is done now, remember how nice they tasted but think about how crap you feel now. Start again with your next meal.

I have had food issues for a long time and have put 2-3 stone on without noticing or knowing how (though I suspect I am not well) but having bout 2 books at the weekend and starting the diet on the weekend I have not fallen off the wagon since and still can't believe it.

It was a blip. Don't make it 2 blips.

The main thing is not to give up. Tomorrow is a new (lower fat) day. Stop eating now. Have a no point tea - soup or something if possible and then start afresh tomorrow. We've all done it (I have been terrible today too, in fact struggling all week really). Good luck.
