Can anyone recommend a workout dvd

I have decided not to join the gym, but am determined to get into shape and lose weight. I need a dvd that is aimed at getting the fat off.

If anyone can recommend something that has worked for them, that would be great, thanks.

It does, I've not done it for a while as did it thro twice & then joined a gym - but felt like I was missing Jillian so did it last night (for the 1st time in about 4 months) & my thighs are aching today ! lol
