I have just come back from the doctors to be told I am overweight. Ok so I have been shovelling food in lately. I have put on 5kg in the last year!!! I am 5 foot 3" and 10 and a half stone. Short and round in other words.Tomorrow is the day when I start the diet, who is with me and who can recommend any slimming aids. I am a member of the gym and I shall even visit them. I do not expect a mirace but a little help.......

I used ot have orlistat from the doctor. It's not the answer, I'm afraid.
However, I recommend Slimming World.

you are not overweight enough to warrant diet pills

orilstat is recommended for pre diabetic obesity , usually bmis much higher than yours

o thankyou. I think I have enough will power without going to slimming world. Just wanted a kickstart. What about Alli?

slimming pills waste of time

Dont expect fast weight loss , you put it on slowly it will come off slowly

Cut the crap (food I mean!)
