Really healthy family meals

My downfall is that my husband and boys want pile sof meat and cheese everyday.

Does anyone have some favourite family recipes that are also healthy/low fat?

Mine's: pasta pomodoro

Homemade sauce of sieved tomatoes, red onions, courgettes, mushrooms, red and yellow peppers, cooked with garlic and herbs. Purree half of it to make the sauce thick and stir it back in. It's one of the few veggie meals my kids love.

Or baked spuds with cheese and beans for them, and homemade red cabbage coleslaw for me.

Put your inspiration here. My new goal is to get my family out of couch potato zone before we're too lethargic to even try.

Tomato based pasta dishes - ham and mushroom go down well here with a smidge of mozzerla grated om the top.

Turkey stir fries also a firm fave.

I don't think healthy meals as such as small portions, loads of veg.

Grilled chicken with sweet potato wedges (done in the oven) and a spoonful of salsa on top of the chicken.
Quesadilla can be be quite healthy if you use lower fat cheese and lots of veggies
