Low carb breakfast ideas please

I'm trying to reduce my carb intake and need some ideas for breakfast. Normally I have a bowl of cereal at 7am followed by a sandwich at 9am as I'm usually starving by then. Any suggestions? I need low fibre - so porridge oats is out.

Thanks

Yes to scrambled eggs as they are so quick. Also, slices of cold roasted meat. Roast pork is great for this, economical and will do for several days. Either you buy a bigger joint than needed to serve the family with the expectation of having leftover meat or just roast it for the purpose. I like meat in the morning.

Creamed mushrooms - cook mushrooms in a knob of butter, add squeeze of lemon, chopped parsley if you can be arsed and a blob of cream. You can serve it on a few slices of ham.

Smoked salmon and cream cheese wraps

Poached eggs and hollandaise (sp?) on ham.

I'm not keen on cooked spinach but I've heard that poached eggs on spinach is nice too.

Good luck!
