So much more choice. Feels like normal eating, no obsessing about quantities, much tastier and just generally easier. I really would recommend anyone to change over. This morning I had scrambled eggs and cream with fried mushrooms, yesterday for tea had sheperd pie with cauliflower mash topping. No sugar allowed which is the difficult bit. Also felt very ill for first 5 days but no can see a definite weight loss even though I haven't weighed myself. YOu just don't feel you're on a diet or that your'e deprived. See the Daily Mail today about how the science of low carbs now beeb shown to prolong life. Also another good book is the Diet Delusion.
