I've put 2lb back on - I'm back to my starting weight which I've been now for the last 3 years.
I'm 35, have had 2 children and according to the charts my BMI is 2 points too high and I'm about 15lb overweight.
Should I accept this as me now ? The best I've done in the last year is to lose 6lb and i've put it back on.
I feel mega flat today and feel like giving up totally
