I'm thinking of giving it a try, however my concern is once I go back to a sensible diet including carbs, will the weight I've lost pile straight back on?

do you know a diet that works when you stop?

no?

well theres your answer.

you need a long term diet, an eating plan which shapes your life.

if you want to do atkins, or soething LC, then you have to view it as a long termthing.

as you would any eating plan

Well said Custardo.

In fact, I was inspired by your blog!!!!

I am doing alot better than expected, honestly. Ketosis is definitely my friend!

No. not unless you go back to high levels of processed carbs and lots of calories. When I came off after a few years I went back to a fairly low-GI sensible diet and I was running lots. I actually lost more weight to start with.

3 years down the road I have put weight on but that's due to meno, anti-d,s and not running due to injuries.
