I know what they are on paper but what are they for you personally?

Mine are -

  1. I feel happier and have more energy for the rest of the day if I exercise than if I don't
  1. I love my legs feeling less flabby, spurs me on to do more.
  1. Means am not sitting eating.
  1. Means I am allowed to eat some shit Grin

And when i have finished actively exercising, like i could take on the challenges that were intimadating me before I went training.

plus friday night training is a lot of laughs with some friends, effectively my social life.
