Sorry, you can't really have either. The first 3 days are the worst, but you will then feel better. You won't crave as much as you will be less hungry as the protein only kicks in.

Try a diet fizzy drink and a muller light yogurt. The chocolate orange ones are really lovely and you can have 2 a day.

If you get really desperate you could have a square of really dark chocolate (80% cocoa). Not really allowed, but shouldn't have any impact on the diet.

I have lost 4 stone with Dukan and I am just maintaining at present. It really worked for me. Good Luck.

Message received.

Will get muller yoghurts.

Thought my active yoghurts would be ok, but as they have fruit in apparently not Confused

I had activia yogurts, the book does encourage you to steer away from them because of the fruit.

However, I had a fat free activia everyday with my oatbran in it and I was fine. It didn't have a negative impact on the diet. I also found that they ensured that you would go to the toilet regularly as the protein only side of the diet makes you constipated.
