Give me your recommendations, please! A friend has recommended Davina a couple of times a week, but I thought I'd get some more ideas here. And possibly order a couple as they get pretty tedious really quickly.

Sorry I can't help with post-natal recommendations, and also do not know your fitness level, or how old your baby is, but I wouldn't recommend exercise until you have had your 6 week check.

All of Davina's DVDs are very good, I have 5 of hers, Jillian Michaels '30 day Shred is also very good, (there is a whole thread on this one) but basically consists of 3 complete 20 minute workouts, which progress by level of intensity, you start off by doing Level 1, and then when you feel ready, you move onto Level 2, then onto Level 3. I found these hard to start off with and was really pleased that it only lasted 20 minutes, I feel a lot fitter know. I also like Billy Blanks Tae-Bo.

With regards to weight loss, exercising 3-4 times a week and eating sensibly should help you to lose weight.
