Well I've never been in this position in my whole life. I've finally reached a weight I'm happy with, and don't want to lose more, as I'm starting to look saggy and gaunt. In fact a pound or two back on wouldn't go amiss.
How do I increase the amount I'm eating, without going back on the junk food? I'm an all or nothing sort of person, so adding in biscuits and bits of chocolate will just result in a massive binge.
Any ideas?
