Help! Recipe from old WW book

Can anyone of you slimmers help me? I used to cook a meal from either the pure points recipe book, or the 123 steps to success one. It was nasi goreng (chicken rice type dish).

I put it on my meal plan for this week, having not cooked it for ages, and then realised that the DH has put all my recipe books in storage and I don't have it. Does anyone have either of these books who would not mind giving me some pointers? I mean I could probably muddle through it, but I would really appreciate if someone would just confirm that what I think goes in it is right!

Should probably add what I have so far:

chicken
prawns
garlic
ginger
variety of suitable veg (mange tout, peppers, spring onions, etc. I used to add extra veg so this might be more than the recipe)
rice

I know I had to stir fry this stuff, cook the rice then add a beaten egg to the rice as well, but I can't remember what apart from soy sauce went in the 'sauce' bit. I know I used to add lemongrass and coriander which I don't think are in the recipe, but I still think there must have been something else with the soy to make it tasty!
