Losing weight is all very well, but......

According to BMI charts, I am categorised as obese. To me, that's a bit of an exagerration. Overweight, yes,

Anyway, I have incentive to lose weight and am doing so. Power walking, smaller portions, sensible eating etc.

Problem is I look worse. I may have toned up a bit. I haven't been near scales, but I look out of proportion now. Tummy and thights better, but anyone know how to lose weight on boobs.

I've steadily put on weight in that area over the last years - I'm 48. Oh, years old, not inches. I know a lot of people would be envious of being curvacious, but I don't like it. I'd give anything to be a few inches smaller there. Anyone done this? Any ideas?

I am also classed as obese and don't believe it. I know I am overweight and are slowly losing weight. You can't lose weight from a specific body part afaik but maybe they will get smaller the more weight you lose as a general all round weight loss?

i was also obese with a bmi of 33 (15stone and 5ft 7)

overweight yes but surely not obese

its hard to get weight of only one part of the body so basically you have to diet/exercise and evetually all of you will shrunk

when i lost 4 stone my boobs went from 38 d to 34 c

Get refitted for a bra. Losing weight on your back will change the way your bra fits so a new bra will make things look better all round.

losing weight will make your bust smaller ultimately - but you cannot spot reduce areas. My mum got larger boobs as she got older - so maybe its age (don't mean to cause any offence btw).

Also BMI charts only work on average people & who's aberage!! If you look the right weight (and are fit) then you probably are.

I am 5 foot 5 & weight 11stone - 11 stone 5 - which makes me overweight. However, because i exercise & am toned everyone thinks I'm about 10 stone. Go figure.
