Any-one done this? I'm so determined to lose weight this time that I just googled 'quick weight loss' & came up with thw w8 loss website. Ok - am probably a complete sucker cos I know long term a proper balanced approach to eating is the way to go but I need a huge kick start to re-address this. I've started on the 'rapid plan' and am going to follow (well hope to follow) this plan for 4 weeks. Hopefully after this I will be able to be more sensible to my approah to food!
