Evening ladies,
My stats sound crap, because of my body type. I'm 5"3 and I weigh around the 10.5stone mark, but I have 32G breasts, a small waist and a massive set of hips and thighs. I don't so much want to lose "weight" as more my mummy tummy, which although shrunk when I was breastfeeding is still a little way from where it used to be. So this is a post for short women whose weight may be in their bums or boobs, who aren't fat but want to tone up, cutting out the junk and perhaps walking a distance daily, and we meet up at the end of the day and moan about it. If you weigh less then 10 stone, you need not apply, as all you will do is depress me further.
