It looks great idea from the website but does it actually work? I'd like a recommendation before parting with hard cash.

It does have the right ideas about drinking for example but i wouldn't pay for it. Just go on the Paul Mckenna I Can Make You THin web for free!! you don't have to buy the book and CD. It works!
