4 stone by June, am I being unrealistic?

Hi ladies and lads. Is 4 stone in 7 months a bit of an unrealistic goal? Talking tonight with the other half we talked about wanting to start a family, so I put my BMI in and looked up a healthy weight (being around 12 stone) and its about 4 stone away.

I have to admit it slightly hurt my confidence a bit and making me wonder if 4 stone off in 7 months would just be kidding myself.

its about 1.5 lbs a week between now and June.

Certainly doable

I lost a similar amount of weight in that time when I first joined Slimming world. Diet plus exercise (the Shred DVD is good) will deff do it.

I reckon it's possible. I had a tonne of weight to lose after having a baby (and being fat before!). I've lost two stone and am actually a bit embarrassed about how easy it was to lose it after being big for a good few years. I use the Tesco GI diet and still have some way to go but it's been very easy. Even if you don't lose all 4 stone you'll be much healthier before TTC.
