Shall I join online? If I do which is the best package to go for?

Help appreciated!

I tried online, but fell to the wayside, as I couldn't manage without the group support. (Did it before and lost 4 stone, but didn't keep up the healthy eating.
I am now doing it (have the books from another attempt this year) with a friend. We are not going to the groups, but we are cooking for each other and swapping recipes and adapting fave cook books to SW.

I do think though that it depends a lot on your frame of mind. I have had a seriously rough year, and have comforted myself with (lots of) food. But I am now in a much better place mentally so am losing every week. (Just as well as I have to lose 6 stone.Blush )

I suspect if I had tried online this time, I would have done ok. But I am glad I have a friend in the same boat, because in the end all the online thing did for me was calculate syns and chart my weight loss.
Lots of people do just fine on it though, even if I didnt.
