Hi everyone, was wondering if someone could jog my memory, I've once read on here that some of you were using a free on line diet type club that worked out your bmi and how many calories you needed to eat etc... really depressed after yet another disapointing weight watchers weigh in, supposed to be on 20 points but last week put on half a pound ,so reduced points to 19 as leader suggested been so good even did exercise dvd 5 times and put on half a pound again!!!! Weight watchers has worked in the past but since having my 2nd baby 5 months ago it really is a struggle. So ready for a change and does anyone know that website name? thank you
