All I am doing is maintaining the weight loss. But I haven't reached my goal. Which was quite a realistic goal imo. If I reached my goal I'd have a bmi of 23.

It's called 'gullible R us' Wink
It might mean you need to mix the exercise up a bit, increase your water intake, and, strange as it may sound, increase your calories for a week or two. Maintaining the weight loss is a good sign, though it won't feel like it. The lastfew pounds are always the hardest to shift

Those last few pounds are a pita! The tea is pu-err tea I believe. Although I've never used it myself.

ValiumSingleton · 19/09/2010 11:57

lol at gullible r us. I wouldn't have even considered it 6 weeks ago!

Maybe I could go for a run tomorrow morning.......

pu-err tea is disgusting b.t.w. But combined with a load of herbal teas throughout the day you'll hardly have any appetite to eat!

encyclogirl · 19/09/2010 20:41

Don't listen to them Valium! I'm drinking it, and it's blinking well working for me, so plbbbbbbbbbbttt.

And it's lovely too :)

Pu-erh Tea. You can get it in Whittards.

ValiumSingleton · 20/09/2010 09:49

Thanks, I will try it.

I also went out for a run this morning, a very short one, but hey.... I got out there. I will go again Thursday. It's not like I'm trying to be size zero... Why is it so hard.....?

Also nettle tea or supplement speeds up the metabolic rate, I lost fast after giving up caffeine and alcohol, eating fruit on an empty stomach and not mixing protein with carbs.

ppeatfruit · 23/09/2010 10:21

BTW without extra exercise!!

ValiumSingleton · 23/09/2010 16:08

I have done two runs since I started this thread and I still haven't got around to buying the tea, so now I won't know if it's the running or the tea. Although my money will be on the running if I do lose another half a gram on sunday.

the Pu-erh Tea actually tastes quite nice with a slice of orange in it.
