This is what I've eaten today. Can't get rid of the guilty feeling...

I need an objective opinion. I've been eating super healthy for the last couple of months but the last 2 days I've been feeling so guilty for eating even though it probably wasn't that bad. It all started last night when I scoffed half a packet of oat cakes because I felt so unsatisfied. So I thought I'll write down what I actually had today and ask here, in case I'm getting to wrapped up into the whole healthy eating thing. I'm really worried about this feeling of guilt. I wish it would go away.

Small bottle M&S Very Berry Smoothie
Bowl of Cauliflower Soup
Snack Pot Hummus and carrot sticks
2 Bowls of Leek and Potato Soup
Small Berry Nakd Bar
Ovomaltine Light Chocolate drink

Can someone please reassure me that I won't have put on a kilogram because of this tomorrow???

It's hardly anything - really. Mostly fruit, veg and liquid food. No wonder you don't feel satisfied! Get a bit more protein and fat in small portions maybe? x

YOu need to eat an extra 3500 calories surplus to your bodies requiremenst to put on a pound. I dont think your food adds up to anything like that!
