So I've been cutting calories and exercising after gaining 2 and a half stone while pregnant. My goal was to be back to my original weight by the time my daughter was 1, which is next month. The weight's been coming off at a rate of about a pound a week but I'm finding it really difficult to shift this last half a stone. Any advice - I've tried changing my exercise programme and have also pretty much cut out alcohol (hard for me) the last two weeks but the scale is just not going down. Any advice?
