So I've been cutting calories and exercising after gaining 2 and a half stone while pregnant. My goal was to be back to my original weight by the time my daughter was 1, which is next month. The weight's been coming off at a rate of about a pound a week but I'm finding it really difficult to shift this last half a stone. Any advice - I've tried changing my exercise programme and have also pretty much cut out alcohol (hard for me) the last two weeks but the scale is just not going down. Any advice?

Bumping this because I have stayed the same weight for the last 10 weeks and I'm getting really fed up now.

Only half a stone to go, but it is just not shifting and nothing seems to make a difference.

Ive got 7lbs left to go also, Ive been stuck at this weight for a while now. Ive got that dvd but was finding it difficult to fit in each day, I run most mornings though.

I'll have to get back on with the dvd whilst dp does bath and bed perhaps, and try for longer runs on a sunday.

When i gave up coffee and started eating fruit on an empty stomach and not mixing carbs with protein the weight dropped off me!
