Well, meat ups the calories in any meal significantly, so how about something vegetarian? Like a chickpea and veg curry with a bit of brown rice or wholemeal pitta bread?

Also, you need protein and healthy fats (in moderation) for a meal to keep you full. So pulses, nuts and seeds, avocado... and keep carbs and saturated fats to a minimum.
