I hated all the soups and porridge Sad. Cranberry is the best bar. Choc and strawb shakes are the best. Choc tetras/cartons are great in a big mug filled up with hot water to make hot chocolate, especially now it is getting colder.
Cambridge diet is hard but it works, simple as that!

If it's the same as it used to be like jimjam it's a crap diet and tastes like shxx! My DH lost weight on it BUT put it back on DOUBLE!!

ppeatfruit · 17/09/2010 16:47

Sorry lolly that sounds mean but have you read and tried to count the ingredients? do you really want to put that unnatural stuff in yr.body? Join us on the Paul Mckenna diet! and save money!!

lollyheart · 17/09/2010 17:02

Dont worry ppeatfruit

I'll keep the paul mckenna diet in mind.

Thanks jimjamjulie

Ive nearly done day 3 and its going well.
I really like the soups, have had tomato and potato and leek so far, so i'm going to swap my skakes for soups in a bit.

Wow ppeatfruit, that was a helpful postHmm I might point out that it isn't the Cambridge diet that made your dh put back on double, his subsequent weight gain is, in fact, a direct result of what he chose to put in his mouth after the diet.

Chicken and mushroom and vegetable soups are nice. The oriental one has a taste to be desired. I ike the apple and cinnamon porridge, it taste nicer if you whisk it rather than stir with a spoon.

Make sure you drink all your water, if not more.

I'm doing SS+ rather than SS so I have a little meal every day, it really does help.

Good luck.
