Ok - have had enough of feeling like this and think I need a quick start. Has anyone tried this and want to share your thoughts? Would really appreciate your opinions. I am guessing its more or less the same as SlimFast?

I'd tell you to go to slimming world TBH.

Those 'plans' in boots will get you to loose weight but as soon as you eat normal food it will pile back on.

If you go to slimming world you learn to control your food, portion sizes. And they also have hundreds of really gorgeous recipies for curries, chilli etc ... normal family food everyone can eat and you can cook forever.

My mum lost 2.5 stone on slimmers world since February and still cooks all their food as its just really nice anyways!

My aunt lost 6lbs in her first week, so it can work fast too, especially if you throw in excercise!
