Grrrr...I swear I posted here earlier, but I think the board ate it it. Somewhat ironic...

dinner: Tiger prawn salad, slice of brown bread, cappacino.

Practised yoga for an hour and 20 minutes. Twas fab. I used practice seriously years ago, but quit before and after a hystorectomy. Finding my way back to it now and it's amazing!

How's everyone doing?

This is the first Sunday evening in ages that I'm not reaching for the crisps, saying "I'll start again tomorrow..."

Been really focused and on plan. Weigh in tomorrow.

Lost half a pound last week and have had a terrible weekend food wise. Terrible! Next weigh in on Thursday so just hoping to pull some back tomorrow and Wednesday and up the exercise.

I was hoping to have a stone off by the time I went back to work on 1st November...doesn't look likely at this stage but just have to get back on track, had a storming few months earlier this year and it's all gone to pot!

well done eagle on weight loss

i had a bad weekend, was working and ordered room service and scoffed a pie and the pastry just melted in my mouth , plus had an indian yesterday

saying that have been VERY good today and saved a few points

3 lbs off this week. But I have got out running again after injury so that has helped.

That, and only eating soup & salad.

Can I join you please? I actually go to WW and have been going for 18 months and lost 3 stone but I need a kick up the backside and some moral support to keep me motivated. I have another 15 pounds to lose so I really need help.

Weigh day today, I stayed the same. Glad I didn't put on but disappointed and also need a kick up the backside!

So, this week - exercise every day, have nothing at all in the house to snack on, and weigh and track and stick to points. I am after a three pounder this week you heard it here first!

Well done for staying the same but I can totally understand the disppointment. I've being yoyoing on .5 lb for the last two weeks. I weigh on a Wednesday so have a couple of days to be good but it's my birthday tomorrow and we're going out for a meal. I know how to be good but the puddings still call me!!! I think the only weigh i'll lose weight this week will be if I starve myself Monday to Wednesday but thats not going to happen because I start feeling faint if i don't eat. I've increased by water intake again though because i know that helps and i'll just have to eat loads of veg. Good luck with the three pound loss. I'll keep my fingers crossed for you

How is everyone doing? Stuck to points all weekend and even went to the gymn today, shock horror! Not sure if it's going to be quite a three pounder but I'll be damned if I don't lose this week.

Thank you EagleNebula. The weekend was good and I even managed to avoid the puddings when I went out. Yippee!!! I've been a little naughty today though and had a couple of liquer chocolates. I guess I should have gone to the gym too?
Well done on sticking to your points though and going to the gym. Fair play! I hope you have the three pounder you deserve it!!! fingers crossed :)
